Frequently Asked Questions

If it's your first time at The Connect Church, you are our honored guest. We do church a little differently than other places, so here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit.

"Where do I go when I get there?"

At our Cherry Hill and Randolph campuses, our parking teams will direct you to designated 'visitors' parking close to the front entrance and a 'host' team member will greet you at the main entrance door to guide you where to go for services.

When visiting our Philadelphia Campus, there is available parking next to the Arden Theater on 40 N. 2nd Street with discounted parking, but you will need to bring cash. Once parked, you can walk down a few blocks to the Hamilton Family Arts Center on 62 N. 2nd street where the Philadelphia Connect Church Campus is located.

"How long is the service?"

The services are approximately 80 minutes long and filled with exciting worship, prayer, and Biblically-based teaching and preaching.

"What should I wear?"

We have a pretty simple philosophy when it comes to our 'dress code': Come as you are.

"What do you do for KIDS?"

In Connect Kids, you will find caring team members who purpose each week to help your children learn about Jesus. There are exciting programs just for them that are based on Biblical curriculums where they can learn to celebrate the Word of God through various age-specific levels.

"What is the teaching like?"

At Connect, the teaching is Biblically based - on the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe it is crucial for people of all ages to have the opportunity to become pure and dedicated disciples of Jesus. One of our main focuses is on teaching people, through various venues and means, who God truly is, why the love of Jesus is what fuels our intimacy with Him, and how we can draw closer to Him each day. To find out more about who we are and our beliefs, check out our 'Who We Are' and 'Our Beliefs' pages.
